It will be mandatory to know and accept the content of the following general conditions for registration on the virtual platform:
• The use of the UINL website implies knowledge and full acceptance of the legal
warnings and conditions in force at all times when the user accesses it.
• The use of certain services available to users of this official site may be
subject to special conditions, warnings or instructions that must also be consulted and

• Access to the learning tools that UINL offers is enabled only to notaries who
authenticate their professional practice in any of the countries that are part of the

free user account through this Web platform. However, the hiring of some of the services
offered by this website may be, currently or in the future, subject to the payment of a
price, in which case it will be conveniently indicated, according to criteria and

• The payment of any fees must be made and reported through the virtual
platform.
• To access the virtual platform, registered users will be uniquely identified
through their registered identity document and password. They undertake to preserve said
information for their exclusive personal use, not allowing the substitution of their
identity through the access of another person under any circumstances.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
• The UINL informs the users of this website that it may create an automated file
with the personal data that is provided to it as a result of the use of this website and
in strict compliance with the provisions of the relevant legislation about data
protection.
• The personal data that will be required during the registration process will be
confidential, and will be used in order to have reliable information for the correct
identification of the notary and the accreditation of proper identity and academic

• Users will be able to know and visualize at all times the personal and contact
data that UINL keeps stored, using the functionality that the Web platform makes
available to them. The UINL will not keep any other user data stored other than those

• Users undertake to keep their personal and contact data updated, informing any
changes immediately through the virtual platform.
• Notaries may at any time request the deletion of their user account on the
virtual platform, thereby deleting all the personal data stored there, and this will
also mean the immediate access authorization expiration.
• By providing personal data to UINL, users declare that they fully and
unreservedly accept UINL's treatment of them.

• All registered users agree that UINL communicates with them using the contact
information they have registered on the platform, either for the dissemination of
available resources and services or news related to the organization's activity.
ACCESS RESTRICTIONS
• The UINL reserves the unilateral right to deny access to the restricted website
to those users who do not comply with these General Conditions of Use.
INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
• The name “INTERNATIONAL UNION OF NOTARIES”, as well as other distinctive signs
(graphic or denominative) that appear on this website, are the exclusive property of
INTERNATIONAL UNION OF NOTARIES. Consequently, its use by third parties without
